Terms & Conditions — dewa02

The following capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

By accessing the Platform, clicking the registration button, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, representations, or discussions between you and the Company on the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an Account on the dewa02 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. dewa02 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and services. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on dewa02 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous Account on dewa02 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of this Agreement.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours during business days (WIB).

All transactions on the dewa02 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. dewa02 imposes no fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI: Under 10 minutes during 06:00–23:00 WIB on standard banking days.
• BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata: Under 30 minutes during standard banking hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday).
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically under 15 minutes, subject to e-wallet provider processing.

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or pattern. Withdrawals that are pending additional review do not accrue interest. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

dewa02 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools — subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements apply exclusively to Bonus Funds; real-money balances in your Wallet are not subject to wagering restrictions and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC requirements.
• Each bonus promotion specifies eligible game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
• Bonuses expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Wallet automatically without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new Member. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic controls, or coordinating play with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential account closure.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments already in progress at the time of such amendment are honoured.

All games available on the dewa02 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, sportsbook markets, and poker tournaments — are governed by their respective game rules, which are published within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific game's rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PSSI/BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic league fixtures). In-play markets are offered where technically feasible; the Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting without notice if data integrity cannot be guaranteed. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be triggered; a void selection reduces the parlay to the remaining legs.

Live Casino: All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has announced the result and the table software confirms the settlement. Technical disconnections occurring before result announcement do not void a placed bet; bets remain active and are settled once connectivity is restored or on the next available data transmission.

Slots: All slot outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are published within the game information panel. The Company assumes no liability for RTP fluctuations within the certified variance range defined by the game studio.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the dewa02 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, automation systems, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit Platform odds or promotional mechanics.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting proprietary data, odds feeds, or content from the Platform without the Company's express written consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, customer support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.

dewa02 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all Members. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Members directly within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which login is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period. A minimum self-exclusion duration of 6 months applies.

All content on the dewa02 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and will be pursued through available legal remedies.

Third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) retain ownership of their respective game content under their own intellectual property rights. dewa02 distributes their content under valid licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dewa02 targets 99.9% uptime, the Company makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the Account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• The Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• The Member's account remaining inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than self-exclusion or voluntary request, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of cause.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days (WIB).

dewa02 collects and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by dewa02 — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and gameplay activity — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement. dewa02 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and dewa02 servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored data is protected by industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, access controls, and continuous intrusion monitoring.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution.

For Members residing in Indonesia, you acknowledge and agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation with respect to any claim arising under this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause prevents the Company from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce compliance with this Agreement on an interim basis.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect Members' rights or obligations — will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or an email to the registered address associated with active Accounts at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law or regulatory instruction) may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a voluntary account closure request prior to the effective date.

Formal written complaints will receive a substantive response within 5 business days (WIB). If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure described in Clause 14 above.
